I am a lifelong meditator and a qualified meditation teacher, who trained with the British School of Meditation. I received a pass with distinction in their teacher training course which was externally accredited by Ascentis.

​Since 2016 I have facilitated a successful mindfulness
Meditation Group at the Counselling and Family Centre in Altrincham.
​
During the Covid 19 lockdown I started running popular weekly mindfulness meditation groups online for local, national and international attendees. These sessions are designed to give people a way of calming their thoughts and quelling some of their anxiety during this uncertain time.
​
I have also delivered online classes to school children, to not only lead them in mindfulness meditation sessions but also to give them tools and tips of how they can utilise their practice at home or when they start high school. The techniques which I equip them with allow them to create a little bit of breathing space in their day themselves, or to help them calm any nerves they might feel around a particular situation.
​
These tools are something they can employ throughout the rest of their lives to help them overcome any hurdles they might face and to keep a check on their mental health.
​
I believe that now, more than ever before, meditation can have a vital role to play in the mental health of everyone, and I would love to be able to share my knowledge and my tools and tips with you and your staff, to help improve their mental health both in and out of the work place, thus creating a more harmonious and healthy working environment for all.
