The Mindwell Mindfulness Course/Reduce Stress/Enhance Concentration/Increase Positivity/Improve Posture

​Through 30, 45, or 60 minute weekly sessions I will share the practice of Mindfulness Meditation with you and your staff. We will explore how it can be integrated into your daily life without having to set time aside for it and share ways in which you can easily create your own practice.

​

You will experience first-hand how mindfulness meditation reduces stress and anxiety and improves focus and concentration.

​

I will be leading guided meditations of differing lengths ranging from 5 minutes to 15 minutes, each one containing differing content with a variety of practical uses and both physical and mental health benefits. Each session will contain a number of guided meditations and these will change week by week to ensure all attendees can learn and develop their practice throughout the duration of the course.

I lead quite a large team and the last year has been a stressful and challenging time. The duration of the sessions and number of weeks the course runs for can be personalized to meet the needs of your own organization, and although the course is best suited to a group of two to six students per session, it can be tailored to any number of learners up a maximum of ten. There are several possible course plans available so please feel free to get in touch to discuss.

I also offer one-to-one classes for those professionals looking for a completely unique and custom-made class.
