A life-long meditator and qualified meditation teacher, offering bespoke group courses and one to one sessions tailored to the needs of the individual.

I have a wealth of experience in face-to-face and online interactive teaching and training.

Meditation sessions have been developed in line with the new Ofsted Framework on welfare and wellbeing, supporting students, teachers, management and your wider teams, using mindfulness meditation to reduce stress and anxiety, improving focus and concentration
