I have a qualification in teaching meditation from the British School of Meditation.

I have successfully completed a course in Pain Management Through Mindfulness run by the Breathworks Organization.

​

I have practiced meditation most of my life, I have facilitated a mindfulness Meditation Group at the Counselling and Family Centre in Altrincham since 2016 and have been running various local, national, and international weekly Meditation Groups via Zoom since the beginning of April 2020.

I usually give a brief introduction to mindfulness meditation for any people coming for the first time and a check-in with those who have been before, followed by a short guided meditation. We then share ways of integrating mindfulness into our lives without setting time aside for it, thus reducing stress and improving a calm focus in our everyday lives, as well as giving guidance and support on instigating and sustaining your own daily mindfulness practice.
